ONLINE DONATION POLICY

   PRERNA SEWA SANSTHAN established in 2011, is registered under Indian Registration Trust Act 1882. It is also registered in section 80G & 12A of Income Tax Act 1961 with Income Tax Department.

    It is a humanitarian non-profit voluntary organization, established mainly to help homeless humans and homeless animals.

All Donations to PRERNA SEWA SANSTHAN are Tax exempted under section 80G of Income Tax Act 1961 in INDIA.

Donation Receipt policy

               The details of the transaction are to be emailed to our email address: PrernaSewa2007@gmail.com .

         The donation is to be directly transferred to the account of ‘PRERNA SEWA SANSTHAN ’.

       As per the donation policy, the donation receipt along with other relevant documents is sent to the donors at the address requested by them.

PRERNA SEWA SANSTHAN is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, and then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We take our payer’s privacy very seriously and ensure that their information is secure with us and that no third-party sources have access to them.

 Our privacy policy includes

1. In accordance with the Information Privacy Policy, no personal information of the donors concerned is disclosed to anyone. 

2. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

3. The amount received as the donation is used only for welfare (sewa) activities of Homeless Humans & Homeless Animals.

Cancellation And Refund Policy:

We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social welfare cause on payment gateway as under:-

·         No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, the online donations through the online payment gateway.

·         No cash or refund of money will be allowed. 

·         If any in-kind support received by the donor from any where the material will be reached to the Needy.

·         Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the welfare (sewa) activities of Homeless Humans & Homeless Animals.  .
